1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by FASTBACKUP CONSTRUCTION LLC ("10GBPS Host", "we", "us") through the website https://10gbps.host. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

10GBPS Host provides dedicated server hosting, reverse proxy server hosting, DDoS protection, server management, VPN configuration, backup storage, IP address provisioning, and related infrastructure services. We provide physical server hardware and network infrastructure only. We do not control, monitor, or take responsibility for the content, applications, or data that customers deploy on our servers.

3. Account And Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for:

Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
Distribution of malware, phishing, or unauthorized access to third-party systems
Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
Hosting content that infringes intellectual property rights
Activities that disrupt or damage our network or other customers services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if a violation is detected.

5. Payment And Billing

All prices are listed in Euros. Services are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of order. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee 99.9% network uptime. If uptime falls below this threshold in any calendar month, customers may request service credit for the affected period. This SLA does not cover scheduled maintenance, DDoS attacks, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation Of Liability

10GBPS Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the preceding 30 days.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 7 days written notice. We may terminate immediately if you violate these terms.

9. Changes To Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
