1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our services (dedicated server provisioning, infrastructure setup, and resource allocation), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a server has been provisioned and delivered.
2. Reason
Server hosting involves immediate allocation of physical hardware, network resources, IP addresses, and bandwidth. These resources are reserved exclusively for your use upon activation and cannot be reclaimed or resold.
3. Service Issues
If you experience any technical issues with your service, our support team is available 24/7 to resolve them. We are committed to ensuring your server operates as advertised.
4. SLA Credit
If we fail to meet our 99.9% uptime guarantee, you may be eligible for service credit as outlined in our Terms of Service. This credit will be applied to future billing, not issued as a monetary refund.
5. Exceptions
Refund requests will only be considered if:
- We are unable to deliver the ordered service within 72 hours of payment
- The service provided is fundamentally different from what was ordered
